About the Role
As an Esthetician at Waxd, you will be part of a first-of-its-kind luxury mobile spa experience. You’ll deliver expert waxing services in a beautifully designed Mercedes Sprinter van — bringing high-end hospitality and personal care directly to clients’ homes or workplaces. Responsibilities
Provide professional waxing services with a focus on client comfort, hygiene, and satisfaction
Create a welcoming, luxurious atmosphere for each appointment
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the mobile spa space before, during, and after each client
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend services or aftercare as appropriate
Uphold Waxd’s high standards of professionalism, appearance, and customer service
Manage booking updates, client notes, and service records as needed
Requirements
Licensed esthetician with experience in waxing
1–3 years of experience in a salon, spa, or hospitality-driven environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
Ability to work independently and represent the brand positively
Valid driver’s license and comfort working in a mobile setting
Nice to Have
Previous luxury spa or hospitality experience
Experience with scheduling platforms or booking apps
Familiarity with premium skincare and aftercare products
